“Interesting to see and speak with the makers of olive oil, raki and wine in Crete. Pickups and drop-offs were on time and convenient. Alex at Cretan Dragon Farm was entertaining and informative, offering us some dragonfruit herbal tea and olive marmalade to try alongside olive oil, the olives themselves, and a yoghurt bergamot dessert. The lady at the raki stop - a very small family-run operation - was passionate and friendly, letting us sample lots of wines and liqueurs as well as her raki. Then the visit to Titakis Winery gave insight into how a bigger wine producer operates and we tasted three wines with a couple of food…”

“Beautiful location, decent food, nice wine. My rating reflects the value of the experience. Felt it was quite pricey for what we received. Driver was great. We paid $142 per person for a shared plate lunch and a tasting of five wines (2 red, 2 whites, and one sparkling). No offer of coffee or dessert. You may be better off going directly there on your own and getting a similar experience with one of the packages the winery offers at half the cost.”
