He was enthusiastic and passionate about the olive farm and opened our eyes about olive oil and how it gets to our tables. Now we’re better educated and know how to shop for oil in the store. He demonstrated the different qualities of oil by giving us samples which we tasted. Also he offered us an ice cream with olive oil and it was delicious!!”

“We had booked an olive oil tour from Seville at least a month in advance, but it turned out that we were the only two people to sign up. The original tour to a larger facility therefore had to be cancelled, but Naturanda made new plans for us and we were driven to a small, organic olive oil producer, Oleum Viride, outside the town of Zahara de la Sierra. It was just us (and our very patient and friendly guide José) with the charming owner, who gave us a detailed and informative tour of the facility and described all aspects of production. It was a fantastic experience.”
